The Polish national team, with Oliwia Kiołbasa and Anna Kubicka, won the gold medal of the European Youth Team Chess Championship in the Girls Section. Second place for Slovenia II (Monika Rozman, Zala Urh),the bronze medal went to Estonia (Mai Narva, Margareth Olde) The event was very dramatic, full of fighting and emotions till the last round. All 3 teams have gained 10 matchpoints and additional scoring was necessary to find a winner.
Dmitrij Kollars, Thore Perske, Vincent Keymer, Leonid Sawlin i Raphael Lagunow are participants of the German representation who have won the gold medal of European Youth Team Chess Championship in Open Section. Second place has taken by Serbia’s national team, third place for Croatia.
